Dance Studio - The Fosse
The Fosse, our dance studio at TAP, is available for rentals during the weekdays (before 4pm) as well as on some weekends. The Fosse features a mirrored wall, a bluetooth speaker system, a piano (you are welcome to use it), and a whiteboard (also available for your use). The thermostat can be controlled in the room. The floors are a luxury vinyl plank flooring; they are not sprung.
The Fosse dimensions:
-Mirror wall length: 43ft and 10 in
-Mirror to windows (width of room): 26ft and 2in
Rental Cost:
-The Fosse can be rented for $40/hr. To rent the Lobby as well (and use the front entrance), the cost is an additional $15/hr. Otherwise, The Fosse can be entered via the side parking lot entrance if it is rented without the the Lobby.
Rental Guidelines:
-Food may ONLY be consumed in the Lobby (not in The Fosse).
-No open flame, smoking, or vaping on premises.
-No animals on premises.
-No tape, glue, or command hooks may be attached to surfaces.
